On October 5, on the occasion of the International Teachers' Day, First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee, Acting Chairman, Lieutenant General of the Customs Service Sahin Bagirov met with the academic and teaching staff of the Academy of the State Customs Committee.

Congratulating the staff on the occasion of the International Teachers' Day, Sahin Bagirov spoke about the educational reforms implemented in our country and the high attention and care of the state leadership to this important field. He also congratulated the teacher of the Academy of State Customs Committee Islam Huseynov, who was awarded the “Taraggi” ("Progress”) medal for his work in the field of education according to the relevant order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and wished him success in his pedagogical activities.

Later, at the event, Honorary Certificates of the State Customs Committee were presented to the employees of the Academy, who were distinguished by their effective services in their pedagogical activities.
